The shops at riverside wow what a transformation

In the midst of Paramus with its shopping paradise on highways 4 &17 as you make your way towards the GWB is the The shops at Riverside aka Riverside Square

The mall originally started out with a stand alone Bloomingdale’s that opened in the late 50’s as the mall was built to it and opened in March 1977 also a Saks Fifth Avenue was added as the second anchor. If u been hiding under a rock the last almost 50 years this is a high end mall like Short Hills but not as big. The mall turned over ownership to Simon properties around 2017 and renamed the mall to The shops at Riverside also Saks closed and a AMC theatre was added. I haven’t been here in over 20 years I remember a darkened interior this place is mind blowing how it looks today with the renovations that was done
