What's been going on with the mall formerly known as Monmouth Mall

Its been a while since  I visited the former Monmouth Mall as the transition to Monmouth Square is taking place. A whole bunch of apartments have been built over what used to a 2 floor mall space and 2 anchors that are gone which is Lord and Taylor and JC Penny two of the anchors that opened up in the expansion of the mall 50 years ago.
