Willow Grove was bought by guess who??

 Earlier this week Willow Grove Mall found new Ownership and you wouldn't believe who it is?? good ol Namdar plus two other NY based investors including Mason Asset Management and CH capital group. The malls previous owner PRIET defaulted on a 170 million loan on the property. PRIET just got out of bankruptcy. When I did my vlog this past April.I was discussing the malls future and I said this isnt a Namdar thing of a potential new owner boy I was wrong on that one. I thought maybe Macherich would step in and I don't think Simon would be interested due to owning nearby King of Prussia which is larger than life. I hope this mall isn't ruined When I visited it was great time will only tell
